Cuando subí al avión a medida que me alejaba de mi país de origen con el destino de Estados Unidos, me entraron una gran cantidad de preguntas, lo cierto es que después del primer día tenía más motivación por conocer la vida de Estados Unidos! fueron las tres semanas de estancia californiana más cortas que he vivido, se me pasaron volando y casi sin enterarme. Fue una experiencia única e inolvidable!!

El pasado verano estuve en san diego. El curso de inglés fue genial! Las clases son de lunes a jueves lo que te permite hacer viajes más largos los fines de semana! La residencia también estaba genial!! con jacuzzi, pista de tenis, gimnasio, piscina etc. Recomiendo totalmente ir a San Diego ya que es una ciudad muy bonita y muy bien situada para viajar a otros sitios de California! espero que disfrutéis mucho!

La mejor experiencia de mi vida. Nada más bajarme del avión en el aeropuerto de JFK sabía que estaba en un mundo diferente. New York me fascinó tanto que estoy deseando volver. Considero magnífico el servicio de United Studies por la consideración con los alumnos. Las instalaciones de la escuela eran excelentes, lo que hacía que el resto de mis compañeros y yo estuviéramos muy a gusto.

El viaje ha ido perfecto y ha cumplido con todas mis expectativas. El hotel bien situado y con todas las necesidades. La escuela bastante agradable y las profesoras muy profesionales y dispuesta a ayudar en todo lo necesario. Recomendaría el destino totalmente.

Una experiencia de película, nunca mejor dicho… Desde el alojamiento hasta los viajes descubriendo California. ¡Simplemente fantástica!

“I adapted really quickly to everything, the schedule, the people, etc. What was the most difficult for me was the language, I could hardly follow a conversation when my friends were talking to each other, but it is just a question of time and after a while you start understanding. I think that joining a sports team was very important for adapting myself; it is the best way of meeting people. Beyond that, I started going out with these friends to the movies and doing different things on the weekends, and I am really enjoying myself.”

“When I arrived to Ukiah I thought: This isn’t how I imagined the United States. This town is characterized by its small size. I live in Madrid, an enormous city, and when I got here, I noticed that it is a very small town. As time passes, you realize that this isn’t a bad thing, and you start to feel that the people that you live with stop becoming people that you live with and start becoming your family, I would never trade this place for a larger city. The education that you receive here is very different and is not comparable to the education from Spain. Here most of subjects are practical, so you can improve day by day.”
